Perhaps Canadians enjoy climbing into a sun warmed car most of the year. To a Californian, the prospect of using battery power that could be propelling a vehicle along the road to run an air-conditioner makes no sense at all. Otherwise, once it can legally be driven at 35-40 MPH, this will be a car to consider.

What material is used for the top. Is it possible that it could be changed to white?
